Sharing my
Voice

I don’t remember becoming a singer—I simply remember always singing.

Long before I understood my purpose, music was already leading me there. From theater stages and concert halls to singing with children gathered in my Montessori classroom, my voice has always been a bridge—bringing people together through joy, imagination, comfort, and connection. Over the years, I’ve learned that a voice is more than something we hear. It’s memory. It’s courage. It’s hope. It’s the sound of the soul finding its way home.

Some of my favorite performances have been in front of audiences. Others have been in circles of young children discovering rhythm for the very first time. Both remind me that music speaks a language we all understand.

Today, I sing with a different intention than I once did. Every note is offered as an invitation to feel, to breathe, to remember, and to reconnect with ourselves. Whether performing an intimate ballad or creating expansive electronic soundscapes, my hope is that each song leaves people lighter than it found them.

I believe music has the power to awaken something that words alone cannot. If my voice can help someone feel seen, soften a weary heart, or remind them of their own light, then I know I’ve fulfilled exactly what I was created to do.

Songwriter

Sharing my
Story

I write songs that begin where words end.

Every lyric is an invitation—to feel, to remember, to awaken, to move. Drawn from lived experience, nature, symbolism, and poetic metaphor, my songwriting explores the unseen threads that connect us to ourselves and to one another.

While my earlier work found beauty in life’s quiet heartaches, my writing has evolved into something brighter: music that transforms emotion into momentum. Inspired by electronic music, cinematic soundscapes, and the language of vibration, I create lyrics that breathe, expand, and resonate long after the final note.

I believe the right words don’t simply tell a story—they change the frequency of the room. They become rhythm. They become healing. They become the soundtrack to someone’s becoming.

Creating space for others
To discover their own

As a certified sound therapist, I use the resonant frequencies of the gong to create immersive experiences that encourage deep relaxation, mindfulness, and inner restoration. Each session is designed to help quiet the mind, regulate the nervous system, and provide space for reflection and renewal.

My approach is rooted in presence rather than performance. Through vibration, stillness, and intentional sound, I guide individuals and groups into an environment where healing, peace, and self-discovery can naturally unfold.

What is gong bath?

A gong bath is an immersive sound experience designed to invite the body and mind into deep rest.

There is no water involved—you are simply “bathed” in layers of sound and vibration created by the gong. During a session, you can lie down or sit comfortably, close your eyes, breathe, and allow yourself to receive the sound.

Unlike traditional meditation, you don’t have to quiet your thoughts or concentrate on doing anything correctly. The gong gives your mind something to follow while you simply rest, listen, and feel.

Every experience is different. You may feel deeply relaxed, emotional, energized, peaceful, reflective—or simply enjoy being still for a while.

How can I attend it?

You can attend one of my scheduled group gong baths.

Gong baths may be offered in studios, wellness spaces, outdoors, on the beach, or as part of special events and collaborations.

Come in comfortable clothing and bring anything that helps you rest—such as a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye covering, or water. No previous experience with meditation, sound therapy, or yoga is necessary.

You don’t have to know how to meditate.

You simply have to arrive.

How long is one session?

Most gong sessions last approximately 45–60 minutes, allowing time to settle into the experience, receive the sound, and gently return to your surroundings afterward.

Private sessions and special events may vary in length depending on the experience being created.

How much per session?

Pricing varies depending on the type of experience.

Group Gong Baths: $25 per person

Private Groups & Events: Pricing available upon request

Special community events, collaborations, and donation-based experiences may have different pricing. Current session details and pricing will always be listed when you book.

Does it really work?

Sound can be powerful.

Many people experience a gong bath as a space for deep relaxation, stillness, reflection, and connection with themselves. The layers of sound and vibration can create an environment where the mind has permission to slow down and the body has an opportunity to rest.

Research into music and sound-based practices has found promising effects for relaxation and anxiety reduction, although research specifically on gong baths is still developing.

A gong bath is not a replacement for medical or mental-health treatment, and there is no single experience everyone will have.

For me, the purpose isn’t to tell your body what it should feel. It’s to create the space for you to listen to what is already there.

You don’t have to understand the frequency. You only have to experience it.
